I order Strass Swarovski crystals from Crystal Palace for an item I craft. These crystals are exquisite and makes my product shine. Finding a great product these days is like looking for a needle in a haystack so I'm happy to have found this source. What makes doing business even better though is the level of service that I have received on numerous occasions. Each time I have been so pleased that I've been able to talk to an actual person that is knowledgable, helpful and eager to please. Found this $2000 fixture at Restore (Habitat for Humanity) for $300. It had been donated by a lighting store but was missing about 24 crystal prisms of various sizes. I opted to replace all prisms of like sizes so that nothing looked out of place. Found a website for Crystal Place on the internet. Ordering was very easy. Shipment was fast. Tracking info was provided by email. Prisms were well protected from each other during shipment. I had a choice of chrome or copper pins. I chose copper. With respect to the larger prisms, the pin heads are slightly too small and can pass through the head of the prism. Customer Service advised me to bend the end of pin to prevent this problem. If doing this yourself, you will need a small needle nose pliers. ~ William S

I ordered crystals and connectors to fix an old chandelier. I picked up in person from ordering online. That's where my family and I met Al, the business owner. He was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions about fixing a chandelier and gave suggestions on alternative means of fixing with parts that don't exist anymore. I ended up buying the wrong connectors and was able to return them for the right ones. Al also showed us his showroom and workspace, it was amazing and there was so much to look at and use as inspiration if needed. Now my chandelier is all clean and fixed just waiting to be re-installed. If I ever need more parts or something breaks, I'll be coming back here. ~ Denny

Al and the Crystal Place are the BEST! I contacted them because I had a pretty bronze chandelier, but the crystals that came with it were the cheap Chinese crystal ones. Al helped me choose the perfect Swarovski elements, and he recommended a mix of the almond shape and the pendeloque shape, and the fixture is STUNNING now. I have three other crystal fixtures in the house for which I will be ordering Swarovski elements from the Crystal Place. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and the customer service was beyond compare. I received my full order within less than a week of placing it. I ordered the Brilliante Crystal Chandelier Cleaner for a chandelier with over 300 large crystal orbs that hadn't been cleaned or dusted in years. I chose the cheapest delivery option and it arrived in 2 days. One bottle wasn't enough for the amount of crystals but I could see an amazing difference on the lower crystals, so I ordered 2 more bottles just in case. I chose the same delivery option and they arrived the next day! One bottle was enough to finish the job. I had forgotten how much my chandelier could sparkle! I'll never let my chandelier get that bad again since I now have a backup bottle! ~ Paul C

The customer service is exceptional. The post office lost my package an Al was extremely attentive and top of looking into the matter. While the post was trying to locate my package he was preparing a new order to be sent out to me. Thankfully the package was found, but I do not think that without his help and persistence it would have. I had been trying for a couple of weeks with my own inquires. I really felt like there was a level of attention made that we don't always see these days. I have purchased a few gorgeous chandelier for my house a few years back from crystal palace. They have such great quality crystals. We often have our guests compliment on the quality that sits in our dining room & formal rooms. Recently I ran into a situation, in which I needed a replacement of one of the arms. Al was so kind and did everything he could to save one my chandelier. My husband and I were gifted a beautiful chandelier and realized after assembling it that we were missing a crystal strand. I made several attempts to contact the manufacturer of the chandelier for a replacement, but never heard from them. I brought my crystal chandelier with me on a move from California to Tennessee. Although I was very careful to remove all the hanging crystal, I missed one. It came apart in transit. While I had my retailer check with the manufacturer for a replacement, I searched online and found The Crystal Place. This is the easiest to use website. I brought Al an antique chandelier that was in considerable disrepair. Al went above and beyond to restore it to its original beauty. There was a fracture in one of the arms - he fixed it to where it is no longer noticeable, updated it from European to American standard with LED light bulbs, and replaced the crystals with the most beautiful Swarovski crystals!
